Just an extra note about the Sticky Chicken recipe in my earlier post. If you have leftover chicken breast, it makes great chicken salad. The spices give it just a little bit of extra kick. Take the refrigerated chicken breast and tear it into small pieces. Add one stalk of celery, chopped, and a few green grapes, quartered. I also like to throw in some chopped pecans. Stir in mayonnaise to taste (I use about 1 1/2 Tbsp.) and some salt and pepper. Yummy!
